We had a fantastic stay at Ascott in Shenzhen. The studio room was immaculate and beautifully designed, with a huge bathroom and good toiletries. The internet was fast and easily accessible on all devices. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide selection. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Seaworld, shopping, and the subway station. The staff, especially Jany at reception, were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Ascott brand exceeded my expectations with its reasonable rates and comfortable rooms. The hotel is conveniently located near SeaWorld and offers a quiet atmosphere. The staff is friendly and fluent in English. Although I didn't have a great view from my low-floor room, I imagine the higher floors offer better views. The hotel also has impressive facilities, including a spacious indoor pool and attractive smaller buildings surrounded by greenery. Additionally, it's within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and shops in the Shekou area.

My experience at the hotel was excellent, and I felt very secure throughout my stay. There was no reason for me to complain.

Polite and helpful reception. Good location close to shops, bars, and restaurants. Great neighborhood in Shekou with hiking trails, cafes, waterfront. Excellent service, went beyond to find a lost pink pencil for my daughter. Mix of Western and Chinese food at buffet breakfast.

Overall experience was excellent! Setting just off Shekou and Shenzhen.

My recent stay at Ascott was really good. The location was convenient, just a short cab ride from the SheKou ferry terminal. The hotel staff were helpful, especially in organizing taxi transportation. The front desk was attentive and accommodating. My room on the 7th floor had a fine view of the city. The breakfast offered a variety of options, catering to both Chinese and European tastes. The shower had ample hot water and great water pressure. I highly recommend this hotel.

The key location was great, just a 5-10 minute walk from the center of town, making it convenient to explore the area. Another advantage was the presence of a fitness center and a terrific pool, which added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

One of the negatives was the service, as there were instances where the hotel management and staff fell short of a 5-star standard. For example, warning signs against wet floors were placed everywhere in the lobby, ruining the overall ambience.
